「Breakfast was fabulous. Plenty of choices. We had a lovely cooked breakfast and tried “tatty” scone for the first time. The young man who served us was brilliant.」

「Lovely breakfast, comfortable rooms and fab helpful staff. We ate in the restauarant one evening too, good food, reasonably priced too. The only downside was noise. We were above the function room area, so a wedding disco kept us awake til it stopped at midnight. Not great soundproofing in the rooms, but this was the only downside. Some complimenatary parking spaces on a first come first served basis, but a car park backs onto the hotel which isn't expensive. Hospitality tray is replenished...

「A very easy walk from Leuchars station and right near the bus station to go to St Andrews. Great value for the price and right in the center of town near restuarants, a medieval church, and places for nice evening walks. My partner and I stayed 2 nights without a car and found it very easy to get around. Everything was clean and the staff were wonderful.」

「Menu was very poor, place was filthy . Have taken pictures of this. Didnt even try the food as nothing on it i could eat. £15 for a breakfast is shocking . Bin overflowing in carpark. Windows where filthy. Carpets where a health hazzard. No running cold water in the mornings. No wifi for room tv to work was told wifi was broken. Cob weds in room skirtings where black. Would avoid at all costs. Sanitary bin in ladies changing room was over flowing. 」

「This is a converted pub with an Indian Restaurant on the ground floor. Food very good cooked to taste, no breakfast offered/available. Rooms clean but dated. TV not tuned in, only BBC channels available. Good shower/bathroom. 」

Each room is completely self contained - so no access to, or need for, communal rooms. Breakfast is provided in your own kitchen and contains a wide variety of options.
