"L’hôtel est parfait quant à moi pour le prix, la propreté, le personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. D’accès facile même pour moi qui me perd facilement! Nous avions loué 3 chambres pour 4 membres de la même famille pour deux nuitées. Tout le monde était satisfait de l’endroit, et, perso, enchantée d’y dormir si bien et de profiter d’une salle de bain luxueuse! J’étais au premier étage dans l’aile C. "

"Generally, you get what you pay for. Staff, when we saw them, were nice. Front desk area doubles for entrance to the bar and coat check area, not overly welcoming. Rooms seemed clean. We stayed on Saturday night on the 3rd floor at the back of the building and the thump thump from the bar was quite obvious. Partying late in the alley below our window was also quite obvious. We were tired and slept fine but consider these these things before booking "

"Breakfast area running out of stock regularly and always the same thing, we decided to go out for breakfast instead. Room AC stops and never restart unless you play with the settings. Carpet in room smells bad. Staff stopped cleaning the room after second night somehow. "

"Clean room that are freshly renovated. Everything was working perfectly well. No breakfast included but there's a restaurant linked to the hotel with a gorgeous view on the Lac St-Jean. Beautiful Sunsets as well. Highly recommend especially for the price. Good bang for your buck!!"
