Very convenient to Edinboro, Erie, Presque Isle and the mall. A little outdated and no pool as advertised. The best complementary breakfast we've ever had at a hotel! Very nice staff.

The lobby smells of smoke, the room has that old air conditioner smell like a cheap motel - but it is. Is there more public smoking in PA than other states? The sheets are soft, though!

The whole property just seemed dingy. There was construction going on. My bed was very comfortable. My room wasn’t may. But it was clean. The mini fridge kept everything cold.

A little dated and could use some TLC but a nice quiet place for the price just off the highway. The breakfast is great and is included, it’s a real restaurant so they give you a menu with like 12 options on it. There isn’t anything around the hotel so you’ll have to drive 5 minutes for shopping/food. Highly recommend if you don’t care that it’s not a 5 star place
