First they didn’t have us in the system for our reservation, then our room was dirty, one of the lights didn’t work, then we found bed bugs, one of us was bit thankfully it wasn’t our infant. After this incident the manager told us we couldn’t get a refund because we had already been there for a night and that she’d get us a “better/clean” room, when we showed up to get the new room it was even more dirty the tub had broken missing jets, the blinds didn’t work and the couch was filled with chips and crumbs, after the manager told us this was the best room in the hotel one of the other people who worked there told us that room should never have been reserved to anyone and then gave us yet another room. This one surprisingly was clean but the bathroom door got stuck and was hard to open and there was rust all over the shower.
