「Overall a great choice for a weekend stay. The property looks modern, and the rooms are very spacious and exceptionally clean. Having a full refrigerator and kitchen setup in the room was a huge plus. The pool and the surrounding amenities were nice to use. It was a very comfortable, hassle-free experience.」

「Our room was missing a few things. The bathroom door didn't have a lock, which was inconvenient. We booked the room for five guests, but there weren't enough towels for everyone, and no bedding was provided for the pullout sofa bed. The front desk promptly provided the towels and bedding when we requested them, which we appreciated. However, it would have been nice if those items had already been in the room, especially since we arrived late.」

「By far, the best hotel I've stayed in this year while traveling! The bed was super comfortable! I rested very well! The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Kim, the breakfast attendant, was so friendly, warm, and welcoming. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to keep the breakfast stocked, and the dining area very clean. I will definitely stay here again if I travel through this area.」

「This is not a good hotel. It’s not well maintained and the room needs to be cleaner. Dirt on shower walls when we got there. AC was completely off so the room was hot and took most of the night to cool off. Smallest tv I have seen in a hotel room and I had to use my cell to call for a remote as the phone in the room didn’t work. Not a super quiet hotel either. No working ice machine as well. It wasn’t a terrible experience but not one I want to repeat. Staff was fine.」

「They had to move me because they put me in a room with a faulty TV. The clerk knew the TV in the first room had a problem the day before. The TV that worked was difficult to tune to a station I wanted to watch.」

「My only complaint is how I was greeted by the front desk clerk upon my arrival for check in. It was late, around 1130pm. I stood in line and waited for the clerk to help the person in front of me. Once she was finished, she looked at me and said “do you want something?”…maybe “can I help you?” Or “how can I help you?”. Just came off as rude, unprofessional and that I was a bother.
