Disgusting! I would avoid this place at all costs there was literally poop smeared on the mattress under the sheets. There is zero way that if anyone stripped the bed and remade it that they could have missed it, absolute complete negligence the place is a filthy dump!

Double booked suite we reserved and tried to charge us the same amount for a king room. Took over 2 1/2 hours to check in, didn’t get checked in until almost 8pm. Dirty rooms, old soap in the shower, dirty brown rag on floor

It was unsafe and I didn’t get compensated. Had to leave my door unlocked most of the night because the keys weren’t working at all. I was locked out numerous of times. Someone was supposed to compensate me but I didn’t get awarded with it

This property was one of worst experiences I have ever encountered. There was brown water stains on the ceiling tiles in the lobby and throughout the establishment. The rooms smelled old and dirty. The highlight of this experience was while I was in the process of disinfecting the “suite” that I was supposed to occupy for the night, I pulled the covers and sheets off the bed to looked for any signs of bed bugs. There was where I found the most disturbing and disgusting site. There was what looked to be an old blood stain on the mattress the size of at least a 4year old toddler. I nearly fainted. I then proceeded to go check my daughter’s room. Her mattress had other nasty urine and blood stains on it as well. I was horrified! I hope I’ll be able to upload photos of this ordeal. I didn’t even want to stay the night. However, being that the rooms were already paid for. I attempted to speak to the manager in hopes to get two rooms in better condition for the night. The night manager that starts his shift at 11pm was so rude. This man was arrogant, obnoxious and spoke to me in such a condescending way I was so insulted. He said “If I was of so high standard why did I stay in the room so long”. I could not believe this man had the audacity to say that to me. Even someone of less standards is not deserving of that and should not be spoken to in that manner or subjected to those horrendous conditions. He refused to change the rooms, therefore I decided to call the cops.

This conveniently located hotel was a good value for our needs, and gave us almost instant access to all the major highways in the area. There are also a Dunkin', WaWa, and QuickCheck around the corner, for a quick bite that isn't a hamburger. The lobby was a little dirty, with a lot of leaves collected inside, by the non-automatic doors leading to the breakfast area. In the 6 nights that we stayed there, these were never addressed. But overall our stay was pleasant and would stay again.

This property said it had Non smoking rooms.it did not I was given room #158 that’s was literally down a maze of 158 rooms that I had to walk. The entire corridor was smoke filled and mildew rot. Passed transient guests. The smell inside the room was overwhelmed air freshener could not breathe. Asked for a different room. Same thing. Smoke on elevator everywhere. I left. Took a different hotel that offered a clean non smoking room. Took pictures and told everyone Never stay at La Quinta. Ever. Still can see the gross mildew old vintage arm chair with the stains.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE A NEAT PERSON!!! The Hotel is dirty, mold smelling odor, Non smoking but the person next door almost choked me at night through the connecting door!!! The reception area has torn sofa, dorty walls. The walls have open dents, cobwebs in the ceilings. Torn floor carpet. My room was NEVER cleaned in 4 nights!!!!! Had to check out before my 7 nights were over. Underneath toilet bowl obviously hasnt been cleaned in 1year. (A fact, the amount of black dirt is eveidence, alongsode the slimy bath tub) I met with the two (2) receptionists on duty on two (2) different occassions, met the manager who said the room will be changed. ALL to NO AVAIL. I actually saw another lady complain abouth the filth in her words "you deceived us with the online pictures" and I checked out with my family immediately. The pool, hmm... I feel sorry for the folks swimming in it.

The hotel was no accommodating people were fighting and yelling for help kids couldn’t sleep.Pool was closed when they stated it was open.Not to mention they didn’t have clean blankets or sheets.

The front desk was not helpful and could care less he was wearing a sports jersey as the front desk clerk…. Like do you even work here. The hall ways to the hotel rooms are VERY dark and sketchy. The pictures for the location are catfishing the outside of the hotel LOOKS ABANDONED or like a rachet motel sorry not sorry I personally didn’t feel safe walking on the property alone without my boyfriend plus it’s a non smokers hotel but be aware lots of smoking takes place outside of the hotel😂 NEVER EVER RETURNING thankfully it was a one night pit stop but be aware that this la quinta is nothing like the other newer La Quintas I’ve stayed at before.

The tub was totally clogged so my daughter ended up standing in ankle deep water and I skipped it altogether. Room and bathroom has been wiped clean but sheets appeared to have crumbs in the bed! We brought our own bc the reviews were so bad. Other guests are loud. It’s not worth it if you can afford more.

The pool is absolutely disgusting, actually ki part of this place is clean. Not the rugs, the rooms, the floors and etc. there was hair and bandaids in the pool floor and it was cloudy you can’t even see through the water. I know it’s a little cheaper but even then stay at a different one because this place truly does not care about anything even if you call to ask for towels or to have your sheets changed they say they will “see what they can do” my blanket had stains on it and they wouldn’t change the sheets… the shower was broke however maintenance did take care of that. He was the only helpful one, he brought me the towels and etc. my aunt has worked at hotels for 35 years and has seen a lot of things, but was appalled that this hotel is even up to code. Not worth it!!! Spend the money and find somewhere better

Terrible! Do not be fooled by the pictures, the property is very dirty and rundown. And to make things worse it seems like they have people living there on the property. My wife and I decided not to stay the night especially when we saw cops there!

Property is very old; is in severe need of a complete overhaul. It looks like this was an old motel that was later purchased and La Quinta Inn sign was put on an old rusty post.?the building itself doesn't have a sign at all. A bucket is put at the center if the lobby when it rains because there's water leaking from the roof. Every thing is old and grungy. The carpets in the rooms have huge stains and the rooms stink of something we couldn't figure out what it was. The staff was in a zombie not caring state. The ambience is wuite depressing. The breakfast was embarrassing. The buffet tray only had hard boiled eggs. That's it. I do not recommend this property and I will never stay there again.

Air Conditioning did not work, toilet seat was broken, mini fridge didn’t work, very limited power outlets, barely any lighting, both cable remotes rarely worked, ice machine broken & the free continental breakfast was a big pot of stinky hard boil egg's. Would not recommend.

I was unable to shower or my son due to the conditions of the bathtub. It was rusty, and dirty. My son woke up the next morning scared because the headboard slid down from the wall. We told the front desk and they advised us they would "get us a new room or have someone fixed it". We checked out the next morning still with no updates or fixes. Staff communication must be poor because the 4 different staff we spoke to, had no idea what was happening. Did not feel like a safe or clean environment. Don't recommend especially if you have children.

I book a 2 nights stay , and the property smells so bad . I literally had to buy air freshener and candles to take away some of the funky smell . Also the key card doesnt work the B entrance which is like right by our door , i had to go back and forth twice and do note i am 8 mths pregnant and had to walk like 4 blocks to get to my room with all the bags in my hand . There were no trolleys . Also they charged me an extra $50 fee they said its refunded so i will be waiting patiently for my refund back . Overall i was very disappointed and dissatisfied !! Would never book with them again !!!!

Key don't work need use front desk all time no can use lateral doors bathroom no have enough towels only few

This was the worst property. We checked out early because the room was stink, dirty and the caroets and bathroom was filthiest
