"The hotel seemed clean except for the dirty pool. Our room had lights out which had to be fixed and the dead bolt on our room door would catch which made it hard to shut it. The staff was okay but not friendly. "

"Location was good but one of the reasons I booked here was because it said they had a hot tub. Well, they no longer have a hot tub! It is filled with concrete but the pictures online showed a working hot tub! Also, the elevator was super slow and pool was dirty. "

"The hotel was clean. The hot tub has no water in it. The staff is slow and blamed it on their staff being new and then blamed it on their system saying it updates at night and is very slow. Check in took us 45 minutes and we had already fully paid for the room online. Don’t check in here if it’s late at night. We rolled in about 1030pm and it was almost 1130pm by the time we got a key to get into our room. When I put it out there that we had such a long wait, a man approached me the next morning at checkout and I just got excuses — no apology "

"Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. We did book a room for 5 people and only had 4 towels. I asked for a 5th, but was told I had to bring 1 back after we used it to get a clean 1 for our 5th guest. Was told it was the manager’s rules. Pretty ridiculous considering we had booked a room for 5!"

"When I travel alone, I look for “good deals.” Motel 6 has always advertised as being a basic room. i remember the days when you had to pay extra for TV. This Motel 6 is bare bones, although there’s a pool."
