"Great location. The overall condition of the condo was very good. The only complaint was the lack of air conditioning....it was 80 degrees the entire time. When we talked to the management company, we were told it was a "city issue" and no effort to change it. Also, no wash clothes, hand towels, or coffee to make."

"The property was overall within a great part of Arlington and a decent walk from Starbucks and a few other local food spots. However, the apartment was not as visually pleasing as pictures indicated. It was spacious, but a few of the seating areas and remotes looked liked pizza sauce was wasted and spilled and another stained area on the dinner table that was not fully cleaned.
