Everything was great. Well prepared. Perhaps a little cleaner floor or the dust would have beeen better, but it was not worse than other places

The property is very clean and updated. It is located near everything and in a safe area. The owners checked on us to make sure we didn’t have any problems. Love the keyless entry also. We would definitely stay there again. The only partial downfall was staying on the 3rd floor and having to carry our Heavy suitcase up 3 flights. But not a big deal and worth it to have a nice place to stay.

Room was clean and very nice. Host was very nice and responsive. I felt safe and most of what I expected was provided. My only complaint was that I found the bed to be very uncomfortable and so I ended up having to sleep on the couch.

It is a small apartment building with short-term use apartments. Having a full kitchen, living rooms, and dining area was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Parking was easy. As a building design professional, I was not surprised but disappointed by how much walking noise and talking I could hear from the other units.

If you're staying in Fairbanks for a week and need access to the kitchen and laundry facilities, this is the perfect spot for you. The accommodation is in an apartment-style building. Free parking! There are no elevators, just stairs. We had a room on the 3rd floor, and it was comfortable when we arrived. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a large fridge, a big sink, kitchen tools, a microwave, and more. It features a dining room and a living room (pictures provided). We became so comfortable that we used everything in the room. The hosts are fantastic—they always check in. I like that the place is near the hospital. The location is 10-15min away from everything. We plan to return.
