「The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!」

「First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional.
Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that...

「Staff was difficult to communicate with on check in. The space was booked last minute due to a last minute cancellation of our previous space. The staff was hard to reach and extremely rude about how last minute our reservation was. If you can’t accommodate a last minute reservation, don’t accept them. It was all sorted out but took far more time than necessary and caused a lot of stress. We were considering canceling our entire trip because we couldn’t get in touch with owner who apparently...
