「My credit card was charged for an unknown reason (I already had a charge for parking which I was expecting). When I called the hotel and spoke to someone he could not explain the second charge either. After some time on the phone while he was trying to figure out why I was charged he decided to take my phone number, assuring me he would either credit the card or call back with an explanation. Neither have happened. I never write negative views, but it is not acceptable to charge a guest...

「Just okay. Room was dated. Huge gap under door. Exposed wires. Almost as if room was mid renovation. You had to pay for breakfast which seemed odd for the type of hotel. I would recommend staying here for one night only. If you need to stay longer, go to one of the other hotel chains up the street.」

「The woman working in the breakfast set up area is wonderful - lovely and great hospitality. Hotel was very good.」

「Complimentary coffee is excellent, however, it does not provide free breakfast, or I shall say that the price does not include breakfast, which seems to be not the common measures for the hotels in the same area.」

「very bad experience, the air conditioner is very noisy and keeps me awake all the night.」

「It was clean and the area was quiet」

「Wonderful experience.. great staff, great food, great room… thanks」

「Improved from our last stay」
