「The room was as good as the ones in luxury hotels, but I walk with a rollator and it would not fit in the bathroom. The buildings are from 1950 and 1970 and are odd and dated seeming, but interesting in a way. The place is not ADA compliant by any means, and we are handicap, but we managed. The view from the room was wonderful, although with a huge casino in the center of it.」

「I love Fairfield layout. The room is very comfortable, two televisions helped a lot with our grandson around. Breakfast is excellent and the staff were very professional and friendly. My only complaint is that the internet was out for a whole day.」

「My room has NOT been cleaned since I got here a week ago. Same towels, same sheets. I now take out my own trash. The yoghurt dispenser does not work, spits out droplets only. The elevator is broken most of the time. I got two dog ticks on me in the first 2 days!! Right now I have to endure a yapping dog apparently left alone in his room. I've left previous complaints through this "survey", received feedback and set up time to receive a call - but that call did not happen.」
