「I travelled to the Tourotel expecting the worst given a lot of the reviews, and was pleasantly surprised and can only suggest those giving such poor reviews haven't stayed in ski accommodation before or hadn't looked at any of the photos. Yes it's basic (as are most ski accommodations), but they are well equipped (I've attached the inventory of the 2 bed apartment), and the mountain facing balcony rooms have the best view of any accommodation I've stayed in the alps. 「First family ski trip with 3 and 5 year olds. Fantastic place to stay. Straight into nursery slopes and ski school from ski room door. Easy to get back to with young children. Reception staff very helplful. Lovely meal in the restaurant. We will be booking same again for next year. 」

「Appartement correct avec juste le nécessaire. Les avis étaient tellement négatifs. Mais c'était propre. L'atout principal est la vue depuis le balcon : époustouflante !! Il porte bien son nom le grand panorama. La brasserie en dessous a des horaires raisonnables et n'est pas trop bruyante.」

「There was not a lot of information regarding check-in etcetera, and there are limited front desk hours. The common areas are quite dismal. However the room was well stocked and clean. Twin beds. You can lock up skis near lobby. A two minute walk to the slopes. If you are desiring comfort and amenities, this is not your place. However if you come to ski with a friend and don't mind basic accommodations, this place is not bad. 」
