"Firstly, the staff tried hard to rectify the problems and I can't fault their efforts. I booked this hotel due to a good British review giving a 10. However, it is nothing like the photos on the site. The first apartment we went into had drawer fronts all peeling off and was not clean. Not even a toilet roll. So they showed us another apartment and we stayed there despite the fact it also was dirty (see photos below). Wardrobe doors were off, no towel rails/toilet roll holders - no shelf - all...

"Not cleaned on arrival, lots of staines on windows and inside. Dirty in corners. A/C unit threw dirt onto couch and needed cleaning. Servicemen came one day and we needed to stay in the appartement since they notified us the day before. This happened 1 week after we gave notice about it. "
