「The staff told me they have problems with reservations and let us move to another hostel. I think they need do the job better and have a good attitude,don’t make guest feel not good .」

「Staff was fantastic, had great recommendations and were very knowledgeable! The hostel itself is very picky when it comes to towels and has a lot of hidden fees which is why I listed it as “good”. Didn’t have the opportunity to use the terrace although it seemed great!」
