Have stayed there before for a works event, I felt the hotel has gone down hill, bit scruffy in places, bathroom floor dirty, they didn't offer room service the night I stayed, no changing of beds if you are staying less than 3 nights (although you could request), I did find this odd. Slow Wi-Fi, really worn bed and chair. Starting to feel overall tired. Great leisure facilities though!
