Decent hotel in remote area. Staff friendly! Hotel very much needs airport shuttle as two minute taxi ride to hotel cost $45 US which is robbery!!! May be fault of taxis company but hotel should work out solution. If nothing else they could threaten taxi with starting shuttle unless they set reasonable charge.

The hotel is a good night's location for heading out of Evenes on the next morning. It would be great if a kettle is available in the hotel room for the convenience.

The hotel is lovely, very clean, nice breakfast and comfortable beds. We used this as a pit stop after getting off the aeroplane. The only issue we had was getting to the hotel from the airport as the taxis would not come to take us. Luckily a very kind person from the airport who had just finished his shift offered to give us a lift otherwise it would have been difficult to walk with our suitcases in the snow.

The hotel appears to have had a recent makeover. We had a comfortable night, staff were friendly & helpful, the evening meal in the dining room was nice and breakfast also. No problem booking a taxi to take us to Evenes Airport.

Good location for the airport, could have done with some more info about how to get to the airport. It is a good 1km and that seems a way with luggage on foot

This hotel is exactly as expected -- a small, efficient, and clean hotel suitable for a one-night stay before or after taking a flight from the nearby airport. The breakfast was good and had many options (and hours convenient for early morning flights).

Looks like a pretty new facility, spacious room, nice beds. Can walk to Evenes airport, but not with luggage. We had to call a taxi and was charged for $30 for a 3 minute drive.

Convenient to airport. You can walk from airport to hotel on the road about 15 min. Or there is a taxi available. Very good breakfast available.

Very good hotel because of the great, friendly staff who make sure you are happy with everything. Especially well looked after with a big breakfast that starts early to cater for travelers who need to leave early. Room was small but it was warm and comfortable. Very clean and good shower with plenty of hot water. Nice quiet location.

Excellent breakfast. Dinner buffet not so great. Possibly because I was there for only one night and a 'main' of pasta arrabiata aka spicy spag bol isn't what I'd call a 'signature dish' On the other hand, it's the People's Republic of Norway and everything costs a fortune. I went to the Bar and Grill about 100 yards down in the next car park. Fine food at the usual Norway prices.

The hotel is extremely convenient for the airport and we walked between the two, which took about 15 minutes with our suitcases. Our bedroom was not large but it was perfectly adequate for one night before an early morning flight. A buffet style continental breakfast was available from 4am, included in the overall price. We also had a good meal the night before: fixed price for a buffet style meal and you could eat as much or as little as you wanted.

Good stay for night before departing from Narvik
Good stay for 1 night before departing from Narvik airport. Close to the airport, plenty of car parking. Clean but small room. Food in restaurant is average, & not much variety for an evening meal. Self check in via terminal screen in reception area & you print out your own room door entry card. Comfortable bed!

Nice hotel for airport but could provide more
The hotel is very modern and very clean. Check in was easy and it is perfect for Harstad Airport. We had a very early flight and there was no courtesy bus. Luckily we had kept the rental car. It is a pretty straightforward walk to the airport but there is no pavement so definitely not suitable with bags or in bad weather. Taxis are bookable but very expensive. We skipped breakfast as our flight was very early so cannot comment. The evening meal available seemed very expensive and guests were using the nearby, unassociated, grill for their evening meal rather than the hotel. The grill was fine but very busy and the one guy front of house was kept very busy and stressed. There were probably few alternatives for eating in the vicinity without a car.

Not near the airport I must caution
Took this hotel as I have an early flight out. It is not anywhere nearby the airport itself but a 15-20mins walk along the airport road, then the highway E10. From airport to the hotel, there is a little elevation hence of you are walking please mentally prepare yourself. The other way back to airport is much much easier due to the elevation. Bare basic rooms, no kettle and heater isn't the best but at least it still works. Staff are friendly and helpful, they do try their best. Hotel has meals at the restaurant, just pay at entrance of the restaurant. Caught the aurora here on my only night.

Great Staff and Many Thanks
This stay occurred while Norway was shutting most hotels down to foreign citizens. Fortunately, we were within the government standards to stay in the hotel and the staff was amazing. They were very helpful and welcoming during such a tough time for all. They kept us up to date with what was going on in the local area and were very accommodating. Anything we needed they were happy to provide. Although I wish the stay was during a better time this was a good place to be thanks to the staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
