"The spa was Wonderful. Do not skip it. We got a s!allergies room but it was cozy. The food at the balcony was great. Sitting and listening to the band was just what we needed. Thank you for a great weekend."

"This is a really well run hotel. The front desk was being run by ben, He was the best ever! So friendly and helpful. The room was large and extremely comfortable. We sat by the pool for a few hours enjoying the peace and the view. The jacuzzi was perfect. We didn't use the other play area. We had lunch at the restaurant, the salad bar was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this best western."

"The room was a little dated but dont let that fool you. The room was Very clean and the staff was wonderful. They are in the process of updating the property and all the rooms. I would stay there again if I am back in Eureka Springs."

"Wasn’t a bad place, pool was a little dirty, stains on the linens, fridge went out during our stay and ruined our stuff. Bed was comfortable easy access while we explored the area. Staff was great."
