"The room was smelling so bad, a bad odor like someone had a dog ( previous guest). The room was so hot 78 degrees, we couldn’t adjust the temp because was not working. Staff came to see what I was complaining about but she couldn’t fix it either. Prices were so high ( I can not put the prices on review because my review were not submitted when I mention the price at first review) I will never use hotel.com again. I will starting booking direct from the hotel for less price. "

"We checked in, but upon entering the room, the 1st thing I noticed was multiple burn holes in the bedspread, as well as stains on the spread and pillows. The curtains were broken, and only 1/2 of the window was covered. We were so discussed with the room that we left and found another hotel in the area to stay. I would not recommend this hotel to a homeless person, nor would I allow let an animal sleep there."

"Very clean, very courteous staff"

"The rooms were very new and modern despite what the motel looks like on the outside. I only gave 4 stars because there was no hair dryer and no coffee maker and coffee in the room. That was an error on my part. I didn’t read the description very well. We stayed there because we were going to a wedding close by and it was convenient. I would stay there again if needed and I’ll bring my own hairdryer and coffee stuff next time. Thank goodness Walmart was not far down the road!"
