"The Pinc Lady has been the highlight of our trip so far! The house itself is fantastic, wonderfully clean, and cozy. On their recommendation, we ate dinner at the Humboldt Bay Bistro, which was delightful and very tasty. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here, just be sure to read the fine print! I was surprised to realize the bathrooms were shared; not a problem, as all three were clean and wonderfully appointed after all."

"The experience was horrible, homeless everywhere and on our first night a person high on something was pounding on our door in the middle of the night and another homeless man on drugs pulled the fire alarm people screaming in the middle of the night I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will never return here also Omar add charges after checking out that we’re not on our itemized list so double check your bill don’t trust this hotel "

"It was clean enough. The property felt dated and the bed wasn’t super comfy. The water never actually got hot in the shower though. It was kind of disappointing but sufficient for a 1 night stay "

"A work in progress. The Good: staff welcoming, remodel surprising from previous ownership. On surface it is clean. Not so Good: HVAC unit not working (space heater provided), a couple of ants made their way across the room (not significant), Coffee maker did not work and there was no other onsite option (short walk to grab coffee and breakfast if you can do McDs), office closed upon check-out so no option to discuss these down sides. To Note: Very busy area (did not bother me). On each end of motel is the main one way in/out of north side of city. If you need a more quiet space, request a room with window facing in toward parking lot. Staff may think to notify guest who will be occupying rooms with windows facing the busy street that 1. it is quite loud, and 2. the window behind the curtain might be unlocked and open should they want to secure it. (as window was behind headboard could be challenging for some guests to reach)."

"The room was sold as having a fireplace and hot tub, it had neither. The fireplace was broken and made a buzzing sound. The hot tub was a bathtub plonked down in the middle of the bedroom. We had no maid services the whole time and wasn’t told until the last night that we had to ask for maid service or clean towels. The a/c didn’t work at night and all the fans were so loud you couldn’t hear. Everything clanked around like it hadn’t been serviced in years. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good either "
