「This room was in fair condition. The staff was hospitable. There were no amenities in this room. No coffee pot, alarm clock, telephone, luggage rack…. Nothing. They also did not have continental breakfast or complementary coffee. 」

「My husband left his hearing aids and we drove back to Texas. We called and Jayden at the front desk found them and is getting them shipped back to us. 」
