"The only downside to the stay was the shower. It was almost impossible to regulate the temperature and never able to get anything other than a lukewarm shower. It needs replaced with a modern shower. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful"

"There was nobody at reception to check me in and I had to wait a while but the staff were friendly. Ordered room service which was not great as dish was slightly cold and I was charged quite heavily for the convenience! Room was quite noisy as above the area of the bar where people could sit ..."

"Staff outstanding as always Made our stay lovely. Special shout out to Carly and Cheryl lovely kind caring Staff. Made our stay speacial as always , Charlie Old English Sheepdog and our two Westies Bonnie and Teddy loved zll thd attention"
