"The room was very good but I found it quite warm and couldn’t get the ac to work. It didn’t blow cool air. I had to walk down the stairs a few times as the elevator door got stuck open on the lobby level so the elevator wouldn’t come to the 5th floor. The breakfast was quite good. "

"Was awesome. A little out of way from train stations but if you get a bus its not bad. Dont take 40 min walk from train stations because there arnt sidewalks for most of it. Really good food breakfast was awesome and so was dinner"

Staff very friendly and attentive, spotless clean and well decorated rooms, comfortable bed, high quality linens, and wonderful breakfast! The hotel has many areas to relax, and many options to explore the astonishing surroundings. I just found a little confusing to understand, on their website at the time of booking, the difference between the Country House and the Guest House Palazzo dei Venti rooms, once they are all located in the same building, and only have different entrances. Other than that, everything ran very smoothly and we had an extremely pleasant experience - Thank you! - and yes, we would love to come back!"
