「The place is very basic and comfortable. The room was very clean. We weren't able to adjust the temperature in the room which we would have liked. We did all at the desk but it's possible that language differences made our request useless. It's a great base for Normandy sightseeing.」

「The elderly couple who runs this accommodation are two of the nicest, sweetest, friendliest, and most helpful people you can ever meet. They give you the entire 2nd floor to yourself, including a bathroom, your own bedroom, and an office, and they cook you breakfast in the morning! 「This is a wonderful gem! The old character was just what I hoped for and more! The grounds were relaxing, especially the orchard. The history book in the room was fun to read. Home cooked breakfast was top notch and the hosts were extremely kind and helpful. We felt welcomed and at home, I’ll definitely be back if I’m in Bayeux again!」

「The property has a great location for shopping restaurants and proximity to Normandy WWII Locations. Breakfast was included and it was fine. Parking is a zero as he had to park several blocks away.」

「We chose this as a base for Dday activities (over Bayeux). No regrets. The room was spacious with a view of the sea. The staff was lovely and we could walk into Arromanches in about 5 minutes, which had shops, restaurants, and a museum which provided great information on naval landings (Overlord and Dragoon) which we didn’t get anywhere else (all outside the museum).」

「Bon accueil dès notre arrivée, personnel agréable. L’hôtel vient de changer d’enseigne et est encore en travaux. Nous avions une chambre familiale rénovée, spacieuse et confortable, mais elle sentait encore la peinture, ce qui n’était pas très agréable. De plus, une prise sur deux ne fonctionnait pas et certaines finitions restaient à faire. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas au niveau attendu pour un 3 étoiles. En revanche, l’hôtel bénéficie d’un bel emplacement et dispose d’un grand parking.」
