「The gentleman who checked us in was absolutely amazing!!! He knew we were going to the hockey game. The next day when we were checking out, he said that he was thinking about us when the Oilers came back from a 3-0 deficit and won the game in OT. 」

「The receptionist was extremely friendly and accomodating. Her name should be Cathy. The room was neat and tidy. All in all, the stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located with walking shopping facilities. Appreciate its strict non smoking policy. Good value for money. What else can you expect?」

「Comfortable bed and pillows. Parking is great as it is covered and heated. Breakfast is not free but the special is very reasonable and good. We did wait a bit for the food and check so when we returned to our room, only 1 minute after 11:00 checkout time, our key was deactivated and required a trip to desk to reactivate so we could collect our belongings. 」
