「Stille og rolig. god kvalitet på hotellet. Rafaello er meget gjestfri og imøtekommende. Milo er et hyggelig rustikk lite tettsted. Her kommer du tett på lokalbefolkningen. Ingen plagsomme turister som overfyller gatene. De kan lite engelse, så hyppig bruk av Google Translate er et must. Experia burdre informere om at avstander er oppgitt i luftlinje, og at området Milo (som består av hyggelige, jordnære italienere) mangler god kollektivtransport og taxi tjenester. 「Séjour très agréable dans une très belle maison tout près de l’Etna. Le gérant est adorable, aux petits soins avec ses hôtes et donne plein de bons conseils. Accueil et petit déjeuner exceptionnels ! Nous recommandons !! 」

「My family and I loved strolling the property admiring all of the various trees and plants while enjoying the views of the sea and Mt Etna. The owner even makes his own marmalade with fruit grown on the property that was served to us for breakfast. Property is quiet and was the perfect distance for our meeting with our Mt Etna tour company. Also enjoyed going to nearby Riposte that was a short drive away. Only issue was not being able to connect to WiFi but hey, that's not why you visit Italy.」

「Excellent small hotel with superb friendly and helpful staff, fantastic well maintained grounds and stunning view of Etna from the pool. Its clear they show pride in their hotel and this is reflected in everything about your stay. Would say a car is essential to het best of stay, although about 30 min walk to local train station which had good and regular connections to some of the local main tourist towns and airport. 」
