「We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and much bigger than we were expecting. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the softer bed in the lounge area was great as well. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was excellent. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Brasov Old Town, making it easy to explore the area, and it was also very easy to reach from the airport. Estzer, our host, was lovely, and every member of staff we met was super helpful...

「Peaceful stay at the elegantly decorated Casa. Room featured a small refrigerator, tea pot and coffee machine. Parking was accessible. Close walking to sights in Brasov. The breakfast options were at near by cafes. Highly recommend this charming hotel!」

「Leider war das Zimmer - gleich neben der Rezeption - sehr hellhörig und man konnte alle weiteren Gäste, auch wenn diese sich leise verhielten, das Hotel betreten hören. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider war das Spannleintuch am Bett zu klein und es löste sich während der Nacht sehr leicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Es gab warmgehalten Spiegeleier, Toastbrot, Aufschnitt, Joghurt und sonstige Basics.」

「Receptionist can be nicer and more thoughtful in reminding checking out at 12:00, especially for a guest checked in 1a.m. and hotel has no available slot therefore have to park somewhere else」

「Casa Mais was an amazing stay!! Flavius was incredibly helpful and helped us check in early in the morning. We are so appreciative and very much recommend staying here. The room we stayed in was very comfortable & the shared living room/kitchen is a nice touch. We loved the location & hope others get to experience this lovely hotel. Thank you!!」

「Staff was informative and nice. The garden view were great. However, there were some disadvantages, such as stained on the carpet, water from the melted ice in the refrigerator, and heater not work now.」

「Due to flight delay, I arrived the pension late on 12:30am. Originally, I told them I will arrive 11pm but he waited for me before going to sleep. He 's so warmly hearted. The room is nice, well equipped and extremely silent.」
