"There were no cups/ mugs plates to use at breakfast. When I notified the front desk the lady said she would get some we waiting half an hour an nothing she came to get the dirty dishes we ended up using napkins as plates lucky we had a reusable bottle that we could use which meant we had to share towards the end of us having breakfast the lady did come out with some paper cups."

"We loved staying here. We had a lovely family room with separate space for the children. We were made very welcome and learnt a lot about the local area. We only stayed one night as it was an ideal stop point after crossing from the uk on our way further south. We would definitely come again and next time stay a few days to explore Arras and the surrounding area. Kind welcoming friendly. Clean lovely accommodation and a wonderful breakfast to send us in our way- can’t recommend it enough."

"What a lovely place - my Frensh is rusty [optimistically] but the lovely landlady speaks like her husband very good English. As there is no dinner service in the hotel they advised us [even on a monday - not many place serve food] to a nearby [7km] restaurant, where we had a fine meal after a long journey"
