"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...

"I stayed here for 11 nights in August 2025 with my family, and the experience was far below the “premium” standard advertised. The shower button was non functional and kept falling off. Lighting was so dim that evenings were uncomfortable, yet Homing refused to fix it, saying the owner “doesn’t want to”. At check-in, we received an inadequate number of towels for three guests over 11 nights, and only after repeated requests did they finally bring more, something that should have been done...

"This hotel was perfect!! The neighborhood is called Santos and it is great for a more quiet ambiance, however still close to everything you would want to do in Lisbon. The hotel itself was so charming and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were all incredibly helpful and always very sweet and welcoming ready to assist at all times. The garden is absolutely beautiful and great for a coffee break or breakfast. They also always have coffee/tea and AMAZING pastries like pastel de nata that are included with the stay."

"Nice property with trendy concrete industrial decor. Hard to describe but it was nice. Stayed in one of the family rooms for 4 with bunk beds. The hotel isn’t in a neighborhood with lots to do and see but it is just a short walk to Santos train station that is a stop on the rail line to Cascais and a stops for a multitude of easy public transit options that take you where you need to go including tram lines that go to Belem and Praca do Comercio. It’s not an unreasonable walk to Cais de Sodre or Praca do Comercio if you wanted. The hotel itself had a nice rooftop bar looking out over the estuary and a small pool next to that. We were able to take the hotel pool towels for a beach day in Cascais so that was nice."

"I can understand the building is a old property but it need better maintenance specially in the room we stayed the first day we slept there the room had a overwhelming smell very unpleasant the next day I brought it to the he mentioned it can be the tidewater but the rest of the building didn’t smell like that not even the corridor only our room also the AC was bad not working but they managed to fix it and give us a standing fan the smell continues also the bathroom need cleaning specifically the bathroom door the good thing is that location is very walkable and convenient to center of the city and Joao was very nice"
