Our visit at The Landing was better than expected. The views from our balcony were breathtaking! Jay was fantastic with all the recommendations he offered for food and activities! And of course the wildlife didn’t disappoint either. We will be back!

Central location, as close as you can get to Bear Lake Rd. and still close to town. Beautiful property, covered in snow during our visit but you can tell it’s a nice property in the summer. Room was spacious, we had a fireplace and it nice a warm! Bathroom was nice, bed and bedding were great too. We were a really late check-in and they made sure to communicate via text how to access our room, etc. Very nice property and nice people, we will stay here again.

Much needed weekend away from home.
My wife and I recently celebrated my birthday and needed a night away for some self-spoiling. From the beginning we were assisted by Taylor (front desk) who arranged for a beautiful room. The room was quite roomy, clean and private. My wife inadvertently left a coat behind and Taylor was most helpful in retrieving the coat when we returned. I’ve had worse experiences when leaving things behind and this was a refreshing experience. Thank you, Taylor. We will be back.

Loved Estes Park and the Landing
Loved our vacation and loved the Landing. We had a King suite and stayed for 5 nights. Location is wonderful, creek running behind property and mountain views are stunning. Our one and only issue was with the bed. Maybe we are spoiled? The bed is one mattress that was very firm/hard. We had 7 pillows for me and my spouse, but all small and feather pillows, so no support. We would stay here again in a moment, but need to address the bed/pillow situation. Staff was wonderful and loved being a bit out of town but close to everything.

We have some firm pillows that we keep on hand, for folks looking for added support (there is such a wide range for pillow preference -- we think it's a good idea to have them at the ready). Our apologies for not advertising that better. We want our guests to have a good night's sleep with ample rest/relaxation!

Choose this hotel first
Don't pick anywhere else. Clean, comfortable, and beautiful property. Communication was great. The ROCK across the street is the best place to eat! Loved it.

Beautiful place
This place was beautiful. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The only problem was it was hot in the room I couldnt figure out how to adjust the thermostat but probably was operator error lol

Peaceful, clean and great value for the price. While this stay was a vacation, I do travel a lot for work and the rooms at The Landing definitely measure up to what you might expect from a reliable and clean hotel. There are several restaurants within 1 mile (I recommend the Rock Inn 1 block away ... with live music and excellent food). The entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park is about 5 minutes away (max). We met several nice guests out by the gas fire pit. Some deer walked by one evening. There are nice views of the creek (some rooms/villas back up to the creek). What a hidden gem! No A/C but we didn't need it in late August. The room includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine (k-cups) and wet bar (sink) ... perfect for the snacks that we brought with us. Would stay there again!

This is one of the most spectacular hotels/resorts that we have ever stayed in. The rooms are beautiful, the views are stunning, the river runs next to the property, the check in/out process is smooth, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough positive things about it. I didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back!

What a lovely hotel in a grand location!
This is a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location! Jay was a lot of help with ideas food and on how to get park passes. We sat on the porch and listened to the creek and looked at the mountains - lovely! It is a short drive to the park.

We stayed at this property due to another property in the area cancelling our reservation the day prior to our arrival. We were very pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful stay in the Lone Tree Cabin. The cabin is right on the river and provides some much needed privacy in a hotel type setting. The mattresses could probably stand to be upgraded but were not the worst I've slept on. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Awesome Place to stay
The Landing at Estes Park,CO was a very beautiful property nestled at the bottom of the Rocky National Park. Had a river running thru the property and was very well developed. Fire Place in each room was a great addition. Will definitely stay there again guaranteed!

Rest and Relaxation!!!
Our stay was so relaxing. The Wild Rose Cabin is right on the Big Thompson and it is so nice. Loved the small kitchen with cooktop and microwave. The rock fireplace was nice - even though we didn't use it. The Cabin was very clean and in "Like New" Condition. Staff was wonderful. Loved it and I will be back. Thank you.

The property was nicely located next to a small river , black bear villa was rustic with antique decor. Kitchen had microwave and utensils for use . One small issue was that the mattress and bed was a bit wobbly and the whole bed would move if someone turns sides .
