Just returned from a ten-day break at the Estepona Plaza and can't praise the hotel enough. The whole team including Miguel, Genesis, Lydia and Maria in housekeeping looked after us from start to finish. For those looking for a hotel in the heart of the old town, you really can't go wrong, the beach is on your doorstep and it is only a short walk into the mazy streets of Estepona. This is the second time we have stayed here and would really recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Estepona.

This hotel embodies the word EXCEPTIONAL in every respect.From our initial introduction to our departure, everything about our experiece was "top-notch". This starts with the commitment to service from the Staff of the Hotel - they were the part that made our experience absolutely the best. We stayed in other hotels in Spain while we were here and they didn't measure-up to this hotel. The food was good, the rooms we clean, and again always service with a smile. This hotel is obviously well-managed - it's immediately apparent when you stay here.If the reviews allowed me to make a 6 out of 5 rating, I would do so. You won't go wrong choosing this hotel. We made the mistake of only booking 1 day to start and then we missed out and had to move on Friday since they were already booked. We Don't make our mistake - book all the way through - this one is the best of the best.

This is a fantastic hotel positioned on a lovely plaza with loads of restaurants. Nice terrace around the hotel. You can hear the buzz from plaza in room but when windows are closed, it’s silent. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. Super comfy bed. Quality bed linen. Quiet air con, great shower. Good breakfast choices. The pool is small but perfect. Great views to the beach, the city and the mountains. The staff were exceptional. Always friendly, helpful and smiling.

This hotel is centrally located and close to the shops, restaurants, bars, the beach and the marina. We visited the lounge for a nightcap on 3 occasions. Genesis, was a wonderful server. She is a 5 star!!

The hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard, room - bathroom were chic modern & homely, the view from the was excellent looked out on to a square, plus a view of the beach & sea ( dual aspect) Staff were super helpful, car parking was underground beneath the main road 30 metres away, a discount was applied via the hotel. Location was fabulous everything on our doorstep, beach, promanade, resturants & the very picturesque old town. Roof top pool was lovely & the view was excellent.

This was my other most favorite hotel in Spain. Clean, the view from the roof was great. Does have a pool. very friendly personal. Very secure. This was a quick last-minute reservation I made while we were at the restaurant close which by the way. I will recommend really high. It is called "Alma de Miguel". The best calamary as appetizer. Fish as entry was perfect, and their cheesecake desert amazing; We end up finding a parking on the street so we did not pay for parking (that was a plus!!)

Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Nice and clean facility. Breakfast good by Spanish standard but not by international standard like Swiss or German. Guests slamming doors and being loud at all hours making it hard to sleep.
