「This is not a complaint but rather a critique to help elevate the guest experience. The gym was small and consequently got very hot very quickly. Investment in an air con unit or at the very least 2-3 good quality fans would help make the training environment more pleasant - this should not detract from the rest of the property. Absolutely perfect.」

The staff lack communication skills and literally grunt at requests.
A beautiful steak for dinner was somehow botched. How much salt does a chef need to butcher a good piece of beef???
