"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The hotel is currently under renovation, and based on conversations with locals, it appears the renovations have been ongoing for quite some time. This was not made clear when we booked. "I was very comfortable at this hotel. They gave me a very nice room overlooking the wharf with Cay in the background. I did have a leaky air conditioner in the room and an outdated TV that was very blurry. Those minor things didn't interfere with my stay. I stay there again."

"The Buccaneer Resort was absolutely amazing. The property is very well maintained and the staff are very friendly. Everything is in a convenient location and the staff was always there to help you. I proposed to my girlfriend at Grotto Beach which turned out to be perfect since it was nice and quiet. The beaches there are amazing! My fiancé and I will definitely be returning here! I highly recommend and will be recommending to family and friends"
