「The place is very well located close to all the touristic attractions, bus stops, any kind of stores and a market and most importantly to the city events. The staff is friendly but make sure you understand each other well if you ask for extra cleaning. The appartment has all the minimum necessary appliances. The only missing thing is the toilet seat :) Would be great to have it installed.」

The breakfast was great, fresh and welcoming. And the staff were incredible! Their suggestions of the area helped craft a great experience for our stay, and were very helpful. 「Reservé este hotel porque en Expedia se anunciaba que contaba con alberca. Al hacer el check-in nos informaron que estaba fuera de servicio por mantenimiento. Por el estado en que se encontraba, parecía ser un problema de tiempo atrás y no algo reciente. Considero que esto debió informarse antes de la reserva, ya que fue uno de los principales motivos por los que elegí este hotel. Pagué por un servicio que finalmente no recibí. El segundo punto es la ubicación. Aunque está en el Centro...

「El hotel está bien ubicado y puedes ir caminando a varios lados, esta bastante bonito y tiene una alberca, la cual no usamos pero se veia bien. Lo unico malo que pondría seria el Internet que casi no llegaba a nuestra habitación y la señal de televisión tampoco servía. El resto estuvo bien Hay una estacion de café y agua 24/7 y una maquinita de snacks.」

「Next time, and there will be a next time, I will start here with my Merida visit. A 400-year-old hacienda, beautiful grounds, gorgeous bedroom furnished with antique furnishings and fixtures, an honor system well-stocked fridge with beer and Cokes, and two very interesting proprietors, I missed out on not staying here more than my last night in the city. And, it was 5 minutes away from the Tren Maya. They gave me a ride to my train with last minute notice. I can't wait to come back here.」
