「Los cuartos muy pequeños y todo se escucha de otros cuartos」

「No me gustó para nada k cuando nos comunicamos con ustedes para agarrar el cuarto ustedes me digieron k si podía ingresar otras dos personas sin ningún costo adicional,por que el cuarto k rente era de dos camas king y cuando llegamos al hotel a haser cheking nos cobran casi $400 pesos por cada uno de los invitados, nunca más volvemos a rentar y ni a viajar con ustedes」

「No me quedé porque para empezar la señorita que tienen en la noche no contesta el teléfono, no ayuda para orientar en donde se ubica, noche avisan que sólo reciben efectivo y el estacionamiento más cercano está a tres cuadras no avisan nada de esto」

The people who cook and clean the rooms are attentive to detail, kind, and accommodating. The guys at the front desk were so helpful about several questions we had during our stay. 「Owner was great. He was helpful and honest. I did not think I had paid yet and he absolutely could have charged me again but did not. As a note though, he speaks predominantly Spanish so this may not be the place to stay if you don't. My only complaint is that the hot water was inconsistent and when it worked it took almost 10 minutes to heat up. There was also no AC, but that is typical for the region.」

「What a wonderful home base for exploring Coyoacon and the rest of Mexico City! Our room was absolutely lovely. The hotel is tucked down a very small road, so it's quiet, but it's a short walk to the center of Coyoacon or a quick cab ride to the City Center. The staff was welcoming and the rooms were very clean. Highly recommended.」
