「Los cuartos muy pequeños y todo se escucha de otros cuartos」

「El personal front desk no es muy amable. Y el del restaurante nada atentos. El mesero parado viendo la tele y no te ofrecen café ni jugo ni nada.... todo lo debe hacer uno. El día del check out salíamos muy temprano y pregunté en front desk si nos podían tener un sándwich y un jugo para llevar. Ya que estaba pagado el desayuno, y me dijeron : "tiene que ir a hablar con la gente de cocina a ver si le hacen el favor, nosotros no hacemos eso." En otras cadenas de hoteles he pedido esa cortesía y...

「No me quedé porque para empezar la señorita que tienen en la noche no contesta el teléfono, no ayuda para orientar en donde se ubica, noche avisan que sólo reciben efectivo y el estacionamiento más cercano está a tres cuadras no avisan nada de esto」

「Owner was great. He was helpful and honest. I did not think I had paid yet and he absolutely could have charged me again but did not. As a note though, he speaks predominantly Spanish so this may not be the place to stay if you don't. My only complaint is that the hot water was inconsistent and when it worked it took almost 10 minutes to heat up. There was also no AC, but that is typical for the region.」
