"Good Stay Overall, but Too Many Issues to Ignore
The resort was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, but several issues affected our stay. The room needed upgrades—our phone didn’t work, the restroom felt outdated, the balcony lacked a proper table, and we had to request maid service.
