「El hotel nos encanto! Un estilo rustico en concreto expuesto que se veia espectacular. Nuestro cuarto tenia una piscina privada que termino siendo el centro de atraccion. Super privado y excelente para un getaway romantico. En adicion el hotel esta ubicado a unas cuadras de mas de 10 restaurantes y bares. La playa se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando aproximadamente. Definitivamente queremos regresar.」

「I had some issues with my first room, but I was able to talk to the house keeping supervisor and she was able to accommodate us ina wonderful room so god bless her very professional and knowledgeable, but the front desk staff no hospitality training, unprofessional at one point around 8 pm i call the front desk and no one answered the phone today i tried to make a review and the young lady in the front desk don't know how to answer the phone and refuse to identify her self and kept me on...

「The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. 」
