"Room wasn’t ready. Was assigned another room that the tv and the phone didn’t work. The chair in the room was stained as well as carpets. I will say that regardless, the staff stepped up right away to fix the tv and phone."

"The hotel is OK, but the staff could learn a lot of lessons. There are two Mecure airport hotels, so be careful. I went to the wrong one, and the staff was of no assistance at all."
