「From the lobby to the elevator to just the hotel in general it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. When we came to check in the person working the front desk was distracted by their kids. Our room was fine but glad we only stayed one night. 」

「We were travelling through Saginaw for one night. We had several hotels to choose from but picked Hampton Inn for convenience and price. We LOVED it. The person at check in was warm and friendly and professional. The room was nice and comfortable for our family. We appreciated and enjoyed the coffee and water stations in the lobby.
