Kleinere Unstimmigkeiten beim Check in, gebucht war Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen für eine Nacht. Vorbereitet hatten sie ein Zimmer. Haben haben ohne Probleme dann zwei Einzelzimmer erhalten. Um die Nachaltigkeit zu verbessern würde ich zu Füssigkeits-Seifenspendern raten, anstatt kleine eingepackte Seifenstückern. Ansonsten war es dem anlassen angemessen.

Sehr gut geführtes Familien Hotel, alles sauber und hat auch Klimaanlage. Personal ist höflich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und es gibt auch einen Abschließbaren trockenen Platz über Nacht für die Fahrräder.

Zimmer sind praktisch und schön, Frühstück ist reichhaltig, Mitarbeiter/Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und super lieb und freundlich. Es ist ein kleines süßes Hotel was bis auf einen Aufzug alle Ansprüche voll umd ganz erfüllt. Komme gerne wieder und habe in meinem Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis auch schon allen von diesem Hotel vorgeschwärmt :)

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Personal sehr behilfsam, und jeden Tag eine sehr saubere reinigung. Es gibt Parkingplatz für Gäste. Hotel ist nur 10 minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Nur schade das es Bahngeräusche gibt. Aber mit geschlossener Venster war es für mich kein Problem !

Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sowie das Hotel an sich waren sehr sauber. Leider hat nicht jedes Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Auf Nachfrage hätte ich das Zimmer wechseln können. Jedoch waren die restlichen Zimmer bereits besetzt, sodass ich in meinem Zimmer bleiben musste.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, aber es liegt an einer Bahngleise. Die Bahngeräusche sind sind hörbar, aber leiser als Zimmerlautstärke.

Uns hat det Empfang gefallen. Das Frühstück war gut. Der Lärm von den Bahnschienen war doch recht laut. Da wir aber nur zum Schlafen dort waren, hatte es keine Auswirkungen für uns.

Trotz Gleisnähe erstaunlich leise

Insgesamt hatten wir im Hotel Minsu einen absolut entspannten Aufenthalt.Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend.Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Geschlafen haben wir himmlisch,obwohl das Zimmer direkt neben der Bahn lag. Für den Preis war das Zimmer und vor allem das Badezimmer etwas zu klein. Trotzdem kommen wir beim nächsten Mal gern wieder
