Es waren ca 30-35 Grad an den Tagen dort. Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer war defekt und der Raum mehr als aufgehitzt. Wir waren an der Rezeption und haben nach einem Zimmertausch gefragt, aber es wurde abgelehnt da es im ganzen Hotel so aussah. Wir und unser Kleinkind haben kaum in den Schlaf gefunden. Beim Auschecken haben wir nochmal darauf hingewiesen, dass die 2 Nächte und damit der Aufenthalt dadurch wirklich schlimm für uns waren. Die Dame beim Ausschecken meinte, dass das wohl nicht stimmte und der Kollege uns ein anderes Zimmer hätte anbieten können, es waren noch genügend frei. Danke für diese Ehrlichkeit beim Auschecken, aber durch Faulheit und Nichtbemühen kann man einer Familie auch 2 schlimme Urlaubsnächte bereiten

Ich habe aus versehen bei der Buchung das Jahr verwechselt (soll 2025 aber 2026) da ich ein Zimmer benötigte habe ich es storniert und neu gebucht. Dann wurde mir mitgeteilt, das für die Buchung 2026 leider 90 % der Buchung begleichen muss. Das ist mehr als kleinlich, da ich in dem Hotel schon sehr oft genächtigt habe. So eine Art und Weise passt nicht zu meinem beruflichen Handeln und Denken. Somit werden wir in unserem Unternehmen zukünftig diese Hotelgruppe meiden bis man mir eine adäquate Lösung anbieten wird.

Ok rom, men løse senger og for varmt

Hotellet ligger nært Westfield. Romslige, rene rom som er i god stand. Hjelpsomme ansatte. Dobbeltrom med seng som består av to enkeltsanger som ikke henger sammen, det trekker litt ned. I tillegg er det litt for varmt når man skal sove, ingen mulighet for å regulere temp annet enn ved å åpne vindu.

Sauberkeit des Zimmers war in Ordnung. Allerdings hatte ich ein 35qm Zimmer (mit 4 Betten) gebucht, das den selben Preis hatte wie ein 20qm Standardzimmer (mit 2 Betten). Entweder hat hotels.com einen Fehler bei der Übermittlung gemacht, oder das Hotel hat mir wissentlich das Standartzimmer gegeben, weil wir zu zweit waren (mit meiner Frau). Jedenfalls hat die halbstündige Diskussion mit der Notbesetzung an der Rezeption (wegen spaeter Stunde) nichts gebracht, weil auf der Buchungsbestaetigung weder Zimmertyp noch Flaeche angegeben war. Wir mussten in einem extrem kleinen Zimmer bleiben, das nicht mal einen Kleiderschrank hatte. Auf mein E-Mail hat sich hotels.com leider auch nicht zurückgemeldet. Überraschend war auch, dass für die hoteleigenen Parkplaetze direkt vor dem Hotel eine Tagesgebühr von 15 € erhoben wurde.
