Riad très bien situé. Mais: ni le propriétaire ni le gérant se sont présentés au cours de ces 4 jours! AUCUN service proposé à part un accueil chaleureux et pro par une jeune femme. Impression générale de "déranger "... Personne pour nous demander notre horaire de départ, nous proposer un taxi ou s'enquérir de savoir si nous allions prendre un petit déjeuner. Très étonnant au Maroc!! Bref ce Riad mériterait d'être mieux tenu .

Best feature the high performance of the reception

The room was clean and serviced to ok standard. Location excellent for the limited nite life and shops. The reception staff were most obliging. All round an enjoyable experience.

pas terrible du tout !!!!!! vraiment déçue

je tiens à dire que Omar est un homme super sympa et très accueillant il vous conseille et franchement super ras en revanche nous sommes une famille d un couple avec nos 3 enfants de 6/9 et 11 ans , pas pratique du tout ils étaient au 2em et nous au 1er , pas dormis la 1ere nuit !! pour arriver au riad c est le parcours du combattant à tourner dans la médina , par contre pour ceux qui souhaitent y aller a l entrée porte de la médina Marrakech"à gauche puis 1ere rue à droite et 1ere à gauche au fond a gauche il ne faut pas être claustrophobe car pas de fenêtre au chambre j ai pas l habitude donc pas vraiment adhéré , lit et chambre très humide , je m attendais à mieux surtout ventée par le conseiller expédia comme super !!! eh bien super déçue , ne correspond pas aux photos très propre ! petit déjeuner copieux et très attentionné ! mais la terrasse bien dégradé depuis les photos avec des vues sur les terrasses avoisinantes pas d intimité

Un hâvre de calme,un accueil de qualité.

Une excellente adresse pour passer un séjour enchanteur,dans un petit bijou de calme,de raffinement,où l'on est extrêmement bien entouré et choyé,d'abord par Omar,le gérant,qui veille avec beaucoup de générosité et de tact,à ce que l'on se sente comme chez soi,et aussi par l'équipe chaleureuse qui l'entoure! Si l'on est un amoureux du Maroc,Omar se fera une joie de nous faire visiter l'intérieur des terres,le "vrai Maroc",comme il dit!Merci pour cet accueil si chaleureux!

Had a good time

There was some nonsense at the beginning where they tried to transfer us to another riad (conveniently one that was being advertised on here 30% cheaper) but after we moved back everything was very good. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. We only stayed for one night, but we had a good time although the silliness at the beginning was a bit of a let-down. The rooms don't have air conditioning (contrary to the listing here) but apparently that's being corrected.

Hidden Gem in the medina, Essaouira

A delightful riad in the medina area of Essaouira. Omar, the manager, sent a man with a cart to the Bab (gate) to collect us and our luggage from the drop off point. He greeted us with tea and gave us a map with details of best places to eat. Room comfortable with en suite. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace. The ladies that made breakfast were wonderful, as were the breakfasts. No need to eat all day. Our only disappointment would be the lack of light in the bathroom, but other than that we were thoroughly delighted with it.

Personal excelente, bien situado, muy agradable.

Lo elegimos casi a ciegas por internet y nos encontramos con un lugar restaurado (supongo) con mucho gusto, bien situado y son un servicio del personal excelente. El desayuno muy rico.
