"We had a fantastic stay in this stylish art nouveau hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, had a very comfortable bed, everything was clean and worked as it should. The area around the hotel was very quiet. Breakfast buffet was top notch with a mix of traditional Finnish food on top of the usual cereal, porridge, eggs, etc. Convenient walking distance for many things and trams to take you everywhere else. Definitely would recommend for a stay in Helsinki."

"I stayed on three different occasions in three different twin rooms. Each room had its own distinct layout and personality. All were clean and appropriately appointed, though not fancy. The breakfast spread is fantastic and sets you up for an active day. The location is great and it's an easy walk from the airport train, the central rail station, trams and busses, shopping, and places to eat. I felt the price was very good, especially given the stellar location, friendly and efficient staff and the breakfast. Highly recommended overall. The last room I was in had fantastic windows but the drapes didn't block out all of the light. I would recommend an eye shade, especially in midsummer. Overall,"

"Pros: very clean, attractive hotel with an outstanding breakfast buffet. Areas for improvement: fitness center is cramped and doesn't open until 7am, which almost renders it unusable for those with early morning agenda. Was very difficult to cool the room, even in September."
