「No air-condition ! no one to serve when check in, the city tax charge you 10 Euro only for a room night. located in a wasteland. There is no lights outside in the night time, kind of terrible. Very hot in the summer season, couldn't sleep! when you open the window the flying insects could fly in your room. BAD!」

「It's a totally relaxing and aromatic hotel in an old beautiful town. We stayed for 4 autumn nights and they have a good parking lot. The hotel hostess Madame Annique is very elegant and helpful. She can speak English and German too, smooth communication! Our Room 8 in the ground floor is connected to a large green park and through which you can walk to the big swimming pool! 「Hôtel pratique , propre , équipé d un garage ce qui est appréciable. Cependant la Clim a besoin d un rajeunissement je pense ... impossible de régler correcte la température avec un thermostat des années 90 , bruit de sifflement dans la ventilation . Le lit double était constitué de 2 matelas de 80 accollés dont un complètement affaissé . Résultat au réveil mal de dos et fatigue lié à l inconfort. Bref , la loterie mérite une rénovation totale .」

「This hotel claims to be five stars do not stay here they stole my clothes that were in my room an then when I called front desk to report the cleaning staff stole these items they said nothing was brought to our attention and dismissed my concerns as if they took no responsibility. I have to dispute my charge just to regain compensation for a very delicate item that was stolen. Be careful do not stay here the cleaning staff steals items.」
