A great experience

It was a great and pleasant surprise. It was like being in a a time bubble where everything was kept in good style. The hotel consists of several buildings with cobblestones, cozy seating arrangements and a kind of atrium courtyard where you can buy drinks, light food, sweets, etc. as stated above, the place is not handicap-friendly and there are stairs to the rooms. - that's how it used to be. The windows to the road could be sealed, however, which would have given a big lift. For the price, it's a great overall experience -- We really enjoyed it♥️

Oda dizaynları çok güzel ve konum turistik bölgede, fakat hizmet kalitesi düşündürücü. Mayıs başında konakladığımız oda soğuktu. Kaloriferlerin kapatıldığı ve klima kullanabileceğimiz söylendi. Çalışmayan klima için servis ya da oda değişikliği talep ettik fakat yardımcı olunmadı. Hizmet kalitesi sebebiyle bir daha konaklamayı düşünmüyoruz.

Aile için ideal, çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Çok yoğun bir seminer gününe denk gelmemize rağmen büyük bir aksaklık olmadı. Tavsiye ederim.

Bu eski odunpazarı evleri tarihi konak yapısıyla denenmeye değer. Geniş bahçe ve oturma alanları oldukça keyifli. Merkezi olması gezilecek yerlere yakınlığı tercih sebebi olabilir. Kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Konakladığımız oda çok geniş değildi

14.30’da gitmemize rağmen odaların kirli olması sebebiyle check in yapılmadı. Biz vaktinde gelmemize rağmen niye böyle bir durum yaşadığımızı anlamaya çalışırken çok isterseniz kirli odalara yerleştirebilirim tarzında iğneleyici bir ifade kullanıldı. Daha sonrasında oda hazır olunca ararız dediler ancak aramadılar biz kendimiz 18 sularında teyit etmek durumunda kaldık. Onun dışında bir sorun yaşamadık.

3. kez burada kaldık, çok seviyoruz. Eskişehir’e her gelişimizde direkt olarak tercihimiz burası. Kahvaltısı favorimiz. Gerçekten harika bir açık büfe, her şey mevcut. Çalışanlar hep güleryüzlü ve yardımsever.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Otel odası kalorifer sistemi ile ısındığı ve kış ayarlarında tutulduğu için oda ilk girdiğimizde çok sıcaktı. Klimayla soğutmak zorunda kaldık ve petekleri kapattık. Daha sonra sorun olmadı.Oda da su ısıtucı ve sıcak içecek alternatiflerinin olması güzel bir süpriz oldu.Oda çok geniş olmasada yeterli alanı sunuyordu. Banyo genişti. Temizlik yeterşi düzeydeydi.

Merhaba Yorumlarda özellikle kış döneminde bir ısınma sorunu olduğu çokça yazıldığı için biraz endişeliydik biz de soğuk bir dönemde gittiğimiz için. Ancak odamızda klimayı 27 derecede açtığımızda gayet güzel ısındık çok soğuk bir hava olmasına rağmen (305 nolu odada kaldık). Resepsiyondaki hanımefendinin güleryüzlü yaklaşımı için de çok teşekkür ederiz konaklamamız gayet güzel geçti.

Öncelikle çok sıcak samimi karşılandık. İşlemlerimiz hızlı bir şekilde yapıldı ve odamıza kadar eşlik edildi. Bizim kaldığımız konakta girişte eski yatakların bulunduğu bir oda açıktı. Kötü bir görüntü vardı hoşumuza gitmedi. Akşam odamızda ısınma problemi yaşadık klimalar çalışmıyordu. Petekleri açtık odayı ısıtmamız biraz zaman aldı. Akşam çok soğuk olduğundan bizim için kötü bir deneyim oldu. Ayrıca kaldığımız odaya dışarıdan çok gürültü geliyordu. Sabah kahvaltımız fena değildi.Otelin konumu çok iyi gerçekten. Açıkçası bizi en çok o memnun etti diyebilirim.

Online rezervasyon yapıp gittik, oda kalmamış ama kapatmayı unutmuşuz dediler. Buz gibi, daha alt klasman bir oda verdiler. Soğuk suyla duş aldık. Sorun ise ancak akşam gelen resepsiyonist arkadaşın desteğiyle çözüldü. Bu puanda bir otelin bu kadar saçma bir hata yapması…

Odunpazarında konum itibariyle oldukça iyi bir yerde. Odanın büyüklüğü ve sabah kahvaltıları çok iyiydi. En büyük problem banyoda kalıcı hale gelmiş idrar kokusuydu. Sanıyorum tesisat sisteminde (mekanik havalandırma) yenileme gerekli. Tekrar Eskişehir'e yolumuz düşerse sorgusuz konaklayanileceğimiz bir mekan.

Otel genel olarak güzeldi. Mimarisi çok güzel. Temizliği çok iyiydi, gün içinde de temizlik yapıldığını fark ettik bu büyük avantaj. Banyosunda ısıtıcı olması soğuk eskişehir için güzel. Biz kalorifer ve sıcak su ile ilgili problem yaşadık ama çözüm sağlandı. Açık büfesi de güzeldi. Konum olarak her yere çok yakın. Tekrar tercih ederiz.

Şehir merkezinde, neredeyse bütün müzelerin dibinde yer alan konak otel. Ufak tefek ısınma problemleri olsa da sunulan hizmet ve kendi bahçesi, restoranı olması vs mükemmeldi.

Hayal kırıklığı

Bir düğün vesilesi ile tek gece kalmak için eşimle yorumlara bakarak burayı seçtik. Biz İstanbuldan geldik. Toplamda 4 aile 4 oda kiralandı. Yorumlarda herşey güzel görünüyor ama bir gün erken gelen akrabamızın gece çok üşüdüm demesi yüzünden kaloriferleri erkenden açtırmış ki klimanın ancak kendine faydası var. Akşam 7 de giriş yaptık. Kaloriferler ve klima çalışıyor. İyi üşümeyiz dedik. Düğün ve sonrasından sonra gece 3 te otele geldik ki kaloriferler kapalı, klima yetersiz, sıcak su yok, içerisi serin. Hazırlıksız yakalandık. Sabaha kadar üşümemek için uğraştık. Eskişehir soğuğunda böyle olmaz. Bizden bir ekip yol sesi dinlemiş, biz bina dışındaki klima dış ünite sesi dinledik. Çünkü rahat uyuyamadık. Ayrıca bİna girişinde küllük yok. Biz hiç memnun kalmadık. Sadece sıcak bir odada kalıp güzel bir uyku çekip istanbula döneriz demiştik.

Ocak ayinda ısıtma çalismiyordu. Donduk.. daha ne diyebilinir ki..otel hizmerinde boyle bir şey kabul edilemez. Pencereler ahsap yalitim yok. .ses ve soguk hava iceri doluyordu.
