Delightful stay

I booked a small room with a single bed, and got a lot of features for the money. I had everything I needed in the room and the most wonderful breakfast included. Being able to open the window for fresh air was so appreciated. The hotel areas are comfortable and spacious. There were bigger options available but this suited me and my budget as a solo traveller.

The hotel is located nicely, the staff is friendly and the room are small but nice. The only minus point is their mattress. They need urgently replacement!

Disappointing experience

Very disappointed with the experience - after our trip! While the hotel charged for parking (which I duly paid up) the parking company charged again after a week. The hotel promised to address this issue but did not to act. I’m now forced to pay a penalty to the parking agency as the bill was not timely paid. Clearly, the hotel staff is not obliged to keep up their commitments or worried about customer satisfaction. Sadly, I will NOT recommend this (& chain) to any of my network.

Väldigt bra service från alla vi mötte. Från reception till bartender. Tillmötesgående och service minded. Då vårt rum saknade ventliation fick vi snabbt byta med en gratis uppgradering samt voulcher i baren. Kan bara ge personalen 10/10.
