Tråkigt att pingisracken var borta så man inte kunde spela i barnrummet. Städningen var toppen 👍 Frukosten var jättebra utbud, bara synd att det var hårstrån på vattenmelonerna så man tappade matlusten men det är ju inte hotellets fel utan någon gäst som tappat. Sängarna var sköna att sova i, vi tänkte dock inte på att det var stadsfestival, så hög musik spelades till 01.00, svårt att sova.

Vi hade ett tvåbäddsrum och sängarna var väldigt smala och "gungiga". För övrigt var hotellet helt ok med bra frukost men Eskilstuna som stad är inte något att rekommendera.

Tips är att ha vridbar tv. Städningen var bra, det negativa var att det var väldigt varmt på rummet och ingen ac att slå på. Lite seg avrinning i handfatet och vattnet i kran blir inte jättekallt. Men allt annat var bra, all personal var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Fint hotellrum överlag.

Supermysigt gjort för barnen med små påsar med ritbok, kritor, bingo, present glass och festis. Dock galet varmt så kunde knappt vara på hotellrummet. Synd, annars toppen för familjer.

Personal och service utmärkt

Bra personal, fick ett rum långt ner och i en sval del av hotellet, tyvärr var enda sättet att få rummet svalt, att öppna fönstret och slå på en bordsfläkt som tillhandahölls av hotellet. Dock luktade gränden utanför fönstret gräs och urin, sen var rummet instängt redan från början och jag tror antingen någon rökt i rummet eller bott med en hel kennel av djur. Hemsk doft. Men bra personal och service överlag. Bra restaurang och bra bar.

Toppen för barn!

På liten resa med barnbarnen, 5 och 8 år, många fina överraskningar för dem på hotellet. Fint och fräscht familjerum, de och vi var så nöjda.

Trevlig personal. Hade familjerum och de gjorde det lilla extra för barnen. Fantastisk hotellfrukost, stort utbud och bra lagat. Enda negativa var luftkonditioneringen på rummet, det var varmt i rummet. Stod en pelarfläkt redan på rummet så jag antar att detta var ett känt problem.

Felkonstruerat utan luftintag

Hotellet och rummet var fint, fräscht, modernt och städat men när man klev in luktade det instängt. Det visade sig att det enda luftintaget var ett litet spjäll i fönstret och fönstret i sig var plomberat och gick ej att öppna. Ett rum på 12 kvadrat för 2 personer i juli utan ett ordentligt friskluftsintag är vedervärdigt. Varmt och dålig luft gav en otroligt dålig luft och därmed rumsvistelse.

Delightful stay

I booked a small room with a single bed, and got a lot of features for the money. I had everything I needed in the room and the most wonderful breakfast included. Being able to open the window for fresh air was so appreciated. The hotel areas are comfortable and spacious. There were bigger options available but this suited me and my budget as a solo traveller.

Väldigt bra service från alla vi mötte. Från reception till bartender. Tillmötesgående och service minded. Då vårt rum saknade ventliation fick vi snabbt byta med en gratis uppgradering samt voulcher i baren. Kan bara ge personalen 10/10.
