「The staff were very accommodating. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded our room just because! She said she wanted to do that for us 😀. Our key card wasn’t working and in less than ten minutes, the employee on duty at the front desk came to assess the situation and had maintenance at our room in less than ten minutes to fix the issue. Very quiet, very clean, and comfortable beds! We will definitely book with Best Western in the future!」

「Decent, inexpensive hotel. Not very fancy. Good for just sleeping. The lobby is locked most of the time, they do not serve breakfast. It is in a little dated, although it has had upgrades. The linens were clean. The hairdryer didn't work.」

He was rude and looked down his nose at customers. He was short and "smartassy" if he was asked anything. 「This property does not allow outside visitors. In other words only the people renting the room are allowed to be at the property. This isn't stated anywhere on the website prior to check in and should be. I came to visit woth family and was unable to entertain due to these rules. Last time I stay here.」

「Everything is fine except the policy for deposit. If you stay over you must start over. They cannot transfer deposit from day to next day an must return your deposit then start over. If you are unfamiliar with this stupidity (this is not the desk person fault) it's confusing because it is not logical it is stupid. It is to bad to see a nice property get a bad rap because of upper mismanagement.」

「You get what you pay for. The walls are super thin and we could hear everything neighbors were doing next to us. It is right off road so super noisy at night as well. The room wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom super outdated.」
