「We had a heck of a time trying to get to L’argentera (no car!) but once we got there the town and especially L’Espai Abadia were wonderful. A great place to relax for a few days. A charming old house with a nice kitchen, a lovely patio and really welcoming staff. Had a splendid time :)」

「A beautiful hotel full of original artwork. The building is a mix of very old and contemporary design. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with WiFi and AC. Gratellops is an attractive mountain village with a few good restaurants and bars. Our host Christina is kind and helpful and an astute collector and curator of artworks. Breakfast is one of the best I’ve had anywhere: and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels!」

「Christian, the general managers' attention to detail and to customer service is of the highest level. His communication skills are outstanding, he made us welcome and looked after all our needs. His staff were equally excellent. The hotel is quite astonishing; we did not expect to find something so exquisitely designed in the heart of Priorat in a tiny mountain village. Wine and food, attention to detail, and chic comfort is the style of choice here. An unreserved recommendation.」

「Beautiful facilities, clean and spacious but do not go here if you do NOT drive. I repeat. It’s far from everything. No buses go here or shuttles cabs are super expensive and even the bike ride out into town took us three hours and then we had to bike it back. We were so sore. Other than that, perfect. 」

「Wonderful property with nice swimming pools and activities for the kids. The camping would be excellent if the service level would be in line with the quality of the resort. Service in restaurants is really poor. They are understaffed and most of employees (except Hector!) are inexperienced and not really motivated. Although I reckon it has a cost, the impact on the overall customer experience is huge so I would definitely invest just a bit more in service level. It is really unprofessional to...

「El spa excelente y la oferta familiar (niños gratis) muy bien. El único fallo, la recepcionista de la tarde que nos dijo que podíamos desayunar en el bufé o en la cafetería. Naturalmente, el bufé es excesivo (18 por persona), con lo cual decidimos escoger la cafetería. A la mañana siguiente nos dicen que la cafetería solo abre a partir de las 10 y media de la mañana. O sea, que o bufé, o nada. Ese tipo de informaciones incorrectas perjudican a las familias con niños que quieren organizarse.」
