「Second time around! The staff is very helpfull and nice! Especially Bruno at the check in and also Leandrowith his expertise on the Fera Palace hystory as well of Salvador! Also Giovanna making sure we had a all the comfortable ammenities . The breakfast is excellent!!」

「Foi uma ótima estadia. O quarto é muito bom, atendeu todas nossas necessidades e o pessoal é muito atencioso e gentil. O café, almoço e a janta são muito bons também. É bem localizado, embora tenha sido indicado por amigos não andar pelas redondezas em horários de pouco fluxo, tem um ponto de taxi no outro lado da rua que facilitou muito nossa vida e os locais dos circuitos, pelourinho e shoppings ficam perto. Recomendo muito este hotel!」

「I don’t think the hotel can really be considered a 5‑star property. The staff is good, but the hotel needs maintenance, especially the air conditioning. Also, the bathroom cleaning needs improvement — there are areas with mold. In any case, the stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good, and the customer service and security are impeccable.」
