「A special thank you to the great staff at Starbal villa, they have all been very helpful in eg booking a taxi, making us feel welcome from arrival 7h before check-in. You can order an omelette or/and a crepe for breakfast and get it hot from the kitchen made after your preferences.」

「Perfect location for Es Castell, short walk to the port but also very close for the bus to Mahon. Room was basic but all you need. My only comments would be in regard to check-in - details are sent by email so you need roaming/wifi to access, and (may just be my settings) was VERY small to read - could be complicated for those expecting a reception etc. Link for tourist tax payment did not work but staff were around and able to support on check out.」

「Having stayed at a different Barcelo this one was below par. Complained about tv signal on night 1 and nothing done to rectify for 25 hours, even then it didn't work again the entire time. Complained a 2nd time and still nothing done. Staff were not very helpful. Air-conditioning not working in gym. Disappointed in this compared to our previous stay in lanzarote which was outstanding」

「We had a fantastic stay at Son Granot hotel, Miguel, Mario and Ximena and all the staff were so welcoming to us and were happy to help with anything we needed. This is a lovely b&b located just out of a small town (close enough to walk), the pool was perfect for the warm weather!! The room had everything you needed and breakfast was delicious. We also visited the restaurant at the bottom of the drive which was delicious and would recommend (Pulau). We hope to stay here again!」

「Très bel établissement. Service très bon de la part d'une partie des membres de l'équipe. D'autres sont moins serviables. Gros point négatif qui n'est mentionné nulle part: les chambres avec terasses sont TOUTES communiquantes. Nous avons changé de chambre durant le séjour grâce au personnel attention mais le problème persiste. 」
