"Our room was spotless and modern and had everything we needed. The staff were super helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again. Next time we will ask for a river view room. "

"The place is run-down and not terribly clean. The bathroom smelled like pee. The walls are paper-thin, and you can hear everything going on in the hallways and common areas. Also, there are 11 guest rooms but only 5 parking places. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful though. And it is in a great location if you are going to the Royal University Hospital. "

"Everything was good other than the spa in room not working correctly. Control panel is not functioning correctly and the best we got was it working fine before. I stayed in the same room a couple months back and the same problem occurred then. It is very frustrating because you want to relax and it takes 15min to get it started. We will be looking for other options next month. "
