Servicepersonal (besonders Kleidung) beim Frühstück unbefriedigend. Es wurde nicht zeitnah aufgefüllt, nicht gefragt, ob man Kaffee möchte. Niemand vom Personal war richtig verantwortlich.

Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar von der A73, Tiefgarage. 10-15 min.zu Fuss zur Alstadt/Uniklinik. Burgberg mit Bierkeller gleich oberhalb. Freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Funktionale Zimmer, zur Strasse hin bei offenem Fenster laut, schalldichte Fenster. Kleines Badezimmer, Kühlschrank, Safe.

It had all the essentials and the reception staff were friendly and spoke perfect English to which was appreciated! I left my laptop charger cable and had to go back for it and it was ready and waiting at reception which was a big relief.The downsides were that I came during July so it was hot and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, The amenities were also pretty basic, and the coffee/creamers were not topped up I had to go and request more. Lastly, there was shouting and the sound of smashing bottles right outside my window late on the Sunday evening, although I don't think this is typical of the area, which felt very safe.

Komfortables Hotel in der Stadtmitte
Wir haben für eine Nacht gebucht, will sich meine Frau mit ihrer Schwester im Botanischen Garten der Uni Erlangen verabredet hatten. In der Nähe des Hotels fanden wir auch ein gemütliches Fischlokal, wo wir am Abend unserer Ankunft gepflegt essen gingen.
